Welcome to the registration form for "The Beats: Wilderness and Wildness”, being held in Białystok, Poland on May 13-15, 2024.

We are offering the following types of registration for the conference:

- Standard: for in-person and virtual presenters (other than who qualify for the discounted rate)

- Discounted: for in-person and virtual presenters who are students, including graduate students and post-docs without full-time employment. If you do not meet this criteria, please select "Standard" registration.

Registration is for all three conference days; single-day registration is not being offered. Virtual presenters will have access to all sessions held in Room A. They will be sent an email later this spring with links for the live streams.

The Organizing Committee will provide lunch, as well refreshments during breaks, at no charge.

The Organizing Committee will also be hosting a group dinner on May 13. The cost is €30. Attendance is optional. If you are interested, please tick the box. In order to facilitate planning with the caterer, please complete your registration by April 29 if you would like to attend the dinner. [The deadline has now expired for pre-registration. Please contact the organising committee on site if you would like to attend.]

The Organizing Committee will strive to take dietary requirements into account, both for lunches and for the group dinner. So please also indicate your dietary preference, if any, below.

In addition, the Organizing Committee has arranged for a trip to the Białowieża Forest on the afternoon of May 14. There is no charge for this event. The outing will include a walk of 4 to 5 kilometers along the Żebra Żubra trail (more photos here). To give the Organizing Committee an idea of how many people to expect, please indicate whether you might be interested in going. However, your response is not a commitment to take the trip.
