This is NOT a contract; this is to apply for available spots at the Atrium. The first round of contract offers is usually sent out by mid February, and then other offers are sent as openings become available.
The Atrium is BYU contracted women's housing. We offer year-round contracts starting at the beginning of Fall semester (Sept 1, 2023)
Cost (shared room): $445+utilities
Cost (private apartment): $745+utilities
Parking is free but is assigned on a first come, first served basis per receipt of the deposit and contract materials. Parking is not guaranteed to all tenants, and does not affect your qualifications to receive a contract.
Security Deposit: $325 ($25 is a nonrefundable cleaning fee)
