As of November 2022, we only offer pick up for families at our Bethesda location.

1.  We currently only offer pick-up on Sunday afternoons. After requesting food, you will get a confirmation text/email. You MUST respond by Saturday at 2pm to get a food bag packed.  Bags will only be made if we receive a confirmation to our text/email.  

2.  We primarily distribute non-perishable items such as:

- rice and pasta
- canned vegetables and canned fruit/applesauce
- canned tuna or chicken, canned or dried beans, nuts, nut butters
- breakfast cereal, oatmeal, granola bars

3.  Also, a limited amount of feminine hygiene, toilet paper, and other non-food items can be requested and will be given if available.

4. You need to fill out the form EACH WEEK if you want a food bag.

After you submit your request, you will receive a text/email. You must confirm by Saturday at 2 pm. If you do not confirm, we CAN NOT pack a bag for you. Bags are ONLY made with your RESPONSE to our text/email confirmation.
