Please complete this form to apply for our U18 Recreation Tournament December 29 - 31, 2023

Applications will be accepted until October 10, 2023 with decision on teams selected by October 20, 2023. If your team is selected you will have 48 hours to e-transfer the tournament fee of $1,300.00 or 5 business days to send a cheque to hold your spot. If you are unable to do this - your spot may be given to the team next on the waiting list. DO NOT BLOCK hotel rooms until your acceptance is confirmed.
