Age range: 7 - 14 yrs
As the organiser of this program, it is our responsibility to
Provide your child with all necessary material for the program.
Provide your child with all tuition.
Communicate any concerns / issues with you, the parent/guardian, in a timely manner.
Ensure the safety & wellbeing of your child at all times during the program hours of 9 - 12.
As the parent/guardian for the student(s), it is your responsibility to
Communicate any important relevant information prior to the program starting (i.e. medical - allergies).
Ensure your child is dropped off & collected from the venue at the timings stated.
Ensure your child is wearing comfortable clothing, has a filled water bottle & snack (no nuts) everyday.
Understand & accept that any child will be asked to leave if their behaviour is detrimental to the program.
Payment Conditions
Payment can be made in 2 ways.
1 - please bring the full amount with you on Day 1 of the program
2 - please complete a bank transfer before the program starts
If the transfer is not complete by Day 1, you will be asked to pay the full amount on the day
If after the first day your child/children no longer wishes to return, we will refund you the entire amount minus £15 for the first morning.
There are no refunds once a child returns on the 2nd morning of the program.
Children are expected to attend the entire 5 mornings due to the nature of the program.
