Please fill out the form below and we will contact you once we have received all information necessary to determine your eligibility for financial aid. All information we receive from you and your child's school is strictly confidential and will not be shared or distributed to anyone.

Eligibility  is based on the information that you allow the school to share with us. If your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch under Title I guidelines, you are eligible for afterschool financial aid. 

Please note financial aid will be allotted *first come, first serve*, in the order we receive applications (this form), until all the aid available has been committed.
Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will receive financial aid.

Financial aid will be provided in the form of a discount on the full price of tuition; some payment from families will still be required to enroll a student.
