Age-Friendly Expo Pre-Registration

The Age-Friendly Expo is back. This years theme is- Wellness Village: Explore the Path to Wellbeing

New This year: Youth engagement, Checkpoints instead of Neighborhoods, Food Trucks, entertainment & interactions. 

        -Date: May 7th, 2025 

        -Location: Point Edward Arena

        -Hours: 9am-6pm 

If your organization, business or group is interested in having a booth we to invite you to pre-register. Your organization’s desire to participate should align with the mission and values of Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton and offer guests to the event a unique visitor experience. 

         Registration Early Bird Special: $200 (Early registration Deadline February 28)

         Late Registration fee: $250 (Registrations will no longer be accepted after March 31)

         Electrical Opt-in: $30 

         Inclusions: One 6-8 foot table, two chairs

Guidelines: Exhibitors are required to have a staff member at the table at all times, and are responsible for maintaining their display area, ensure safety for guests, and accept responsibility for set up (Tuesday May 6th, 1-3:00pm) and take down (upon closure of the Expo on Wednesday May 7 at 6pm).  

Pre-Registration Process: Please complete the questions below to pre-register.  Payment is not required at this time. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by  email to complete registration and payment.

The Path to Wellness theme was in response to people wanting to know how to improve their wellbeing.  We would like to bring more experiential activities and learning to the event. Could your organization provide, check all you intend to provide.   *

Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton is for every age and stage of life! This year, we encourage organizations to engage with youth attendees by providing opportunities for them to learn about programs, volunteer roles, and career paths. We would like to make a sign for your table featuring the items below that apply to your organization that youth can ask you about.  This will help encourage interactions.  Please select the topics of discussion that are applicable to your organization.
