Stall sites are approximately 3m x 3m
If you require a larger site than this please advise us (additional costs will apply)

There are no inside sites, but there are a limited number of covered outdoor sites available

Site Costs:
Outside - $10
Outside Covered - $15

Additional Costs:
Power - $20

Sites are free for sponsors of the 2022 show

We are unable to provide tables and chairs for stall holders, therefore we kindly request that you bring these with you

Insurance
Business/Commercial stall holders must have their own Public Liability insurance of at least $20million and be able to provide a copy of the certificate of currency
Hobbyist stall holders are defined as those not running a formal commercial enterprise nor have an ABN and earn under $20,000 per year from the stall activity, and are protected under the Show's Liability policy for Public Liability only. This protection does not extend to Products Liability.

Stalls must be fully set up by 9am on Show day and cannot leave before 4pm unless given permission by Bribbaree Show Society
If you plan to bring your stall BEFORE show day, we will make contact with you to determine placement of the stall. The exact placement of stalls on show day is at the discretion of Bribbaree Show Society
If you have requested power for your site you must supply your own leads and connections and follow WH&S requirements in regards to electrical equipment.
The Bribbaree Show Society take no responsibility and hold no liabilities if you personally become liable for any public liability issue.
Stall holders are responsible for the safety of their site and must comply with any requests by Bribbaree Show Society staff to keep the site free of any potential hazards to themselves and customers.
Be considerate of other traders and help if you can, they will do the same for you.
You are responsible for the removal of all rubbish from your shop including packaging
Bribbaree Show Society accepts no responsibility for damages to persons or goods.
You are responsible for the security of your products and Bribbaree Show Society holds no responsibility for any damage or loss of product.
You take full responsibility for your products, props, and other resources while in transit.
Bribbaree Show Society does not hold any responsibility for product damage, personal injury, stolen items, customer returns/credits or shop cash flow.
The Bribbaree Show Society may decline an application for a trade stall at their own discretion. Reasons for this include, but are not limited to, too many stalls selling similar items, inappropriate stall content, etc
Bribbaree Show Society may alter these terms and conditions at any time.
