ABSTRACT:  In the ever-changing world we live in, actively managing energy position risk has become paramount to the success of any organization procuring or selling power.  Recent changes in weather phenomenon, customer usage, socioeconomic statuses, and the regulatory environment have all led to uncertainty in both price and generation.  In this webinar, we explore how to manage risk from price, generation, and compliance for both a traditional load-serving entity, but also a corporate buyer.  Topics covered include portfolio management, resource and production uncertainty, price uncertainty, compliance uncertainty, and best practices on how to mitigate risk utilizing traditional and new approaches.
