#SCBL2021 Vendor Interest Form
The 2021 Space Coast Book Lovers event will be held in Cape Canaveral, FL from Thursday, June 24th - Sunday, June 27th, 2021.

As a vendor at #SCBL2021, you are given special prominence and publicity throughout the event. In exchange for this you (or someone knowledgeable about your business/services) agree to commit to being present at your table on Friday, June 25th from 9:00am - 3:00pm and on Saturday, June 28th from 9:00am - 6:00pm. There are plenty of opportunities for you to network with readers, authors, and peers over the four-day event.  You are invited, at no extra cost, to attend all other scheduled activities.

Only products that are book-related or related to the writing industry may be sold/promoted at your tables. Also, please note that you may not sell books at your table. If you are in question of your product, please reach out to spacecoastbooksignings@gmail.com to clarify. Anything not pertaining to this will be asked to be removed from your table - i.e. Lip Sense, LuLaRoe, Pure Romance. **NO BOOKS MAY BE SOLD AT A VENDOR TABLE**

Please note that we do not guarantee electricity; however, WiFi will be provided.

We only have a limited amount of openings, completing this form does not guarantee you a vendor table at the event nor does it commit you to attend until the invite is accepted.  We will send you an official invite along with a note about the due date of payment. Invitations will begin being sent out the week of 08/16/20.

The cost is $125 for a table as a vendor. This pays for one person to sit at the table and full access to all the activities for the event. Any other person(s) will require a PA/Extra Person ticket ($75). You will need to pay a for the table within two weeks of receiving an invite and any additional ticket will need to be purchased by 06/05/21. You may cancel anytime prior to 03/31/21, with all monies paid, minus a $25 deposit,  being refunded to you. From 04/01/21 - 05/31/21, there will be no refunds, however, you can transfer names on your table to anyone approved by the SCBL Coordinator. After 05/31/20, there are no transfers or refunds.

Space Coast Book Lovers exerts every effort to make this event a safe and drama-free environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who has purchased a table/ticket, at any time, based on damaging circumstances or drama related incidents involving the person that may impact the reputation of the event.
