Walking for Fitness Application
Earn a (.25) credit per quarter for this course. Walking 15-20 minutes each day during lunch. The daily walks are meant to aid the students’ development in fitness and health. To take this course it is a requirement for students to participate in these walks. Missing day can and will result in removal from the course. These specific walks are to help students gain muscular strength and endurance by incorporating longer distances that may involve incline and decline in hill variations and adds much more variety into their workouts than simply walking on the building track every day.
