Do you agree to Membership details: .• You must keep an active shop on Ottawa Artisans' online platform with at least 3 products while in-store however you do not need to list all your items online and offline. •Commission fee of 30% on all items sold in store. Please feel free to mark up your items to cover in-store costs • We are willing to carry some extra stock in our back room so we can refill your space should you wish to do that. The amount of space is limited to the size of your membership area. • Vendors are responsible for any extra shelving and display for their items these displays must be withered Wood or Black. Should you require any unique display please discuss with us prior to signing the membership agreement to ensure we have space in the store for this and provide us with a picture if able to. • Makers are responsible for pricing their products and ensuring a business tag is on their packaging/product. • Vendors are free to come and shop at any time however they are not permitted to rearrange their displays, restock, or drop items off without approval aside from the outlined time of 6:00pm – 8:00pm Mon-Wednesday.• Vendors must ensure that all items are RETAIL ready prior to being in the store. This includes and is not limited to: All products listing ingredients, Food items with nutritional facts, Stuffed animals, and Body products with approved registration numbers. Fabric items with Tags, masks with tags.• All vendors carrying products intended for children under 3 must carry their own liability insurance and provide us with a copy of it. •Items listed in the store are for sale in the store, we are not responsible for pulling items if they have been sold on another platform. Nor are vendors permitted to come in and remove items unannounced. If an item needs to be removed please provide 48-hour notice and we will remove it from the shelving. You will then be contacted for pick up. *
