Danzare è una delle medicine più antiche dell’umanità: ci permette di abbandonarci alla musica e al ritmo, al nostro corpo che vibra e non vede l’ora di potersi esprimere senza giudizio, per manifestare emozioni, sensazioni, pensieri e visioni, dando realtà al nostro mondo interiore che la realtà esterna spesso non ci permette di esprimere come sentiamo.

Se invece ci permettiamo di sentire, e di lasciar muovere ciò che sentiamo dentro, allora possiamo trasformarlo: non possiamo cambiare la realtà, ma possiamo cambiare il nostro atteggiamento, il nostro modo di vedere e di vivere la realtà. Questa trasformazione può accadere soltanto da dentro. Una volta cambiato il mondo interno, è allora che il mondo esterno può cambiare. Questo ci insegnano i saggi e i maestri di tutte le tradizioni dell’umanità, e noi umani ancora non lo abbiamo compreso! In questi incontri di Ecstatic Dance ci concentreremo proprio su questo: trasformare ciò che sentiamo, trasformare ciò che pensiamo di essere, ovvero cambiare stato di coscienza. E diventare ciò che realmente Siamo.

Dancing is one of the oldest medicines of humanity: it allows us to surrender ourselves to music and rhythm, to our body that vibrates and cannot wait to express itself without judgment, to manifest emotions, sensations, thoughts and visions, giving reality to our inner world that the external reality often does not allow us to express how we feel.

So, if we allow ourselves to just feel, and to let what we feel inside move, then we can transform it: we cannot change reality, but we can change our attitude, our way of seeing and living reality. This transformation can only happen from within. Once the internal world has changed, so then the external world can really change. This is taught by the sages and masters of all the traditions of humanity, and we as humans have not yet understood it! In these Ecstatic Dance online sessions we will focus on this: transforming what we feel, transforming what we think we are, or in another way, changing our state of consciousness: and become what we really are!
