All high school students graduating in 2023 are eligible for up to $300 from the 2023 SI IMX award.  This amount includes a  COVID 19 adjustment of up to $75.   The final value of award for the swimmer is dependent on the number of IMX scores that have been achieved since the start of seventh grade.  The application deadline is Monday, July 24th.   Every effort will be made to send checks out within a month of receiving completed form to ensure checks are received prior to the swimmer leaving for college.      

Details:  
  1)  Up to $300 will be awarded on a one time basis

  2)   $25 for each short course and long course IMX score achieved from 7th to 12th grade; maximum of one per season (short course / long course) can be awarded

  3)  COVID ADJUSTMENT:  1-3 IMX scores = $25 bonus, 4-6 IMX scores =$50 bonus, 7 or more IMX scores= $75 bonus

Eligibility:  
1) Be a registered USA swimming member in San Diego Imperial swimming during 11th and 12th grade

2)Have an IMX score(s) with all races being in San Diego Imperial sanctioned meets in any swim seasons from 7th – 12th grades (it is NOT required to have an IMX score every swim season to receive award money).  Swim meet information is available thru USA Swimming app.  

3) Be attending a two or four year college or university beginning in the Fall after graduation from high school
