Our scholarship pre-qualification form allows us to determine applicant's eligibility to move on to complete the full scholarship application offered by The Touchstone Institute for our Foundational EMDR Training. We will determine if one of our scholarships is a good fit for any applicant filling out the pre-qualification form based on the truthful and honest answers to the questions below. 

We are committed to offering need and impact-based awards, and have developed the following screener questions to get a better sense of each applicant's unique socio-economic position and their relative impact on the communities they are working within. The more information you provide for us, the better we can determine your eligibility. We know that these types of questions can be activating and have decided to made this form so please feel free to fill in "NA" for any question you do not feel comfortable answering for any reason.
