COMPLETE THIS FORM TO REQUEST A CHANGE FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR ONLY (2024-2025).
We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please keep in mind, however, that some classes may be full.
Course Change Requests will be reviewed on a priority basis as outlined below:
- Imbalanced semesters (including workload requirements)
- Missing graduation requirement or course prerequisite
- Needing to repeat a course
- Summer school registration that impacts previous course selections for 2024/25
- Pathway change (eg. from the college Pathway to the university pathway or the reverse)
- Add an eLearning course, drop in-person course
One of our Guidance Counsellors will contact you about the status of your request. If we cannot make the requested change, other options may be suggested.
Grade 12s must be enrolled in 6 HDSB courses: 3 in each semester. Students applying to university require a minimum of SIX Grade 12 4U/M pathway courses to be considered for admission.
**Notes:
- Grade 9s have been assigned period 3 lunch
- Grade 10s have been assigned period 4 lunch
- Grade 11s and 12s do not have a dedicated lunch period. Due to a variety of scheduling constraints, it is not possible to accommodate requests for lunch preference.
