Teachers should fill out this form to attend the Florence Nightingale Day on Saturday October 22, 2022 from 10:00 am - 2:30 pm ET (parents/guardians will fill out a separate form for students). Please complete this registration and consent form by Wednesday, October 19th at the latest. The first 100 people to register will receive a t-shirt! This event will be in person at the Harvard Science Center (1 Oxford St., Cambridge, MA 02138, about a 5 min. walk from the Harvard Square red line stop). The purpose of Florence Nightingale Day is to expose 8 - 12th grade students to statistics, biostatistics, and data science and to celebrate women in these fields. The event will include hands-on activities, small group discussions, career and college panels, and lunch. There will also be activities for parents and for local math/stats teachers.
