Clarion County Library System: Registration for Online-Only Digital Resources Card

This registration process is freely available to individuals age 18 and up living within the library service area. By completing this registration form, you will be given a library card number that can be used for online resources such as Power Library, Libby (OverDrive), Hoopla, Gale Courses, and so much more. You may also use this card to login on-site to our public library computers.

Individuals residing outside our service area will be required to submit payment before you are eligible for a card. A staff member will notify you of the charge and provide a method of payment before we proceed with completion of the process.

Once a staff member processes your registration, you must physically come into the library to verify your address with us before getting your card. If there is a reason you cannot come to the library in person, please contact your home library to make other arrangements.
