Being a Society Leader is great fun. You gain friends, skills and experience which can help improve your time as a student and it is also valuable for life after university.
Starting a group couldn't be easier.  All you need is:

  • A unique idea that aligns with our vision and mission https://www.acm.ac.uk/acm-vision-and-mission/ 
  • Three students to help you run the group; a President, Vice President and a Communications and Engagement Lead
  • 10 students to support your idea (do not have 10 students? We can help! We can still ratify your student group on the basis you will aim to get 10+ students by the end of the academic year)
