Class Parent Interest Form
Please fill out the following form to express your interest in serving as a class parent. Class parent duties include organizing a few small class parties during the school year, volunteering on at least one Pizza Friday, and volunteering for 2 of the HSA events listed below.

Class funds are collected from each family to be used to fund class parties. There is no out of pocket cost to you. Class parents are also responsible for collecting Christmas and End of the Year donations for teachers.
