REGISTRATION FEE: $50 per player
GAME UNIFORMS: Your child will be issued a game jersey.

We are attempting to schedule practices and games on Tuesday's and Thursday's; however, your flexibility in our scheduling is appreciated.  There may be a need to change the schedule based upon the number of students participating.

I herby certify that it is with full knowledge and consent that my child take part in the Reeths-Puffer Flag Football program during the coming season. I will not hold the organization, teams, coaches, managers, sponsors or anyone connected with the flag football league responsible for death or injury of my child might sustain in practice, game play or while being transported to and from practice or games, and furthermore will not hold any party responsible for any medical aid administered to my child should they be injured in practice, game play or while being transported to and from practice or games. While physicals are not required we encourage them.  I also understand that photos may be taken of my child that could be used for publication.
