Details  Signing up for the installment plan means half the full payment is due upon registration, while the second half is due either 30 days from the date of registration, or by May 15th, whichever day is sooner.  If not on a installment plan, or requesting financial aid, the full amount is due up-front.  There is no guarantee of a refund should the second payment not be made by the second indicated date.
