Blank Canvas appreciates your special order product request! We are able to compile requests and place orders with North American vendors a few times each year. Due to minimum order requirements by the vendors, we cannot guarantee immediate availability and often it could be a couple of months before we are ready to place an order.
If we can source your requested item, we'll add you to our 'To Contact' list and notify you when we place our next order. It can sometimes be months before we place an order, so no worries if you buy it somewhere else or change your mind!
If we can fulfill your request, prepayment is required. Payment can be accepted by e-transfer, online invoice through email or in store. All special order items are final sale. No refunds or exchange or store credit will be issued. Please note that not all requests can be accommodated, but we'll always communicate with you via email.
We'll do our best to fulfill your request, but please understand that product availability and other factors can limit our ability to source every requested product. We promise to notify you as soon as possible if your requested item falls into this category. Please allow up to 5 business days to hear back from us about your request.
Potential Restrictions:- Large format sheets of paper must be purchased by the pack. Depending on the brand and paper, this could be a minimum of 10 sheets to 25 sheets.
- Odd brush sizes. Some vendors require a minimum of 3, 6 or 12 for some brushes.
- Golden acrylic paints in 2oz tubes require the purchase of 3 of the same colour. However, we can get jars and bottles in separately.
- We cannot order house brand products of other art supply stores.
