Registration Deadline: Please register your attendance or excused absence no later than Thursday, May 30th. 

Important Business: 

Rev. Kevin Keaton, our Board of Pensions Consultant, will be joining us to provide a comprehensive presentation and address any questions about the sweeping changes to the insurance portion of the Board of Pensions slated to begin in 2025.  Even if you are unable to attend the morning Presbytery meeting, we kindly request your presence for the afternoon session. Pastors, Clerks of Session, Church Treasurers, and members of Church Personnel Committees - your attendance is highly appreciated.

Meeting information:
  • 9:30 a.m.  -  Registration/Check-in - Enjoy morning fellowship with coffee and light breakfast treats.
  • 10 a.m. - Meeting begins; Worship
  • Noon (Approx) - Lunch Option (cost $15) - Lunch will be catered by a local restaurant.  You may also choose to bring your own brown bag lunch.
  • 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Presentation and question and answer session with our PC(USA) Board of Pensions Representative, Rev. Kevin Keaton, regarding changes to the benefits plan.
