Thank you for your interest in hosting a party at CBSC!

Please complete this form to request to host a party at Covered Bridge Swim Club in our Lower Pavilion during the 2022 summer season.

Completion of this form does NOT guarantee your event. We will review your information, compare it with our social and swim schedules, look at staff availability, and get back to you via email within 1-3 days.

The lower pavilion is available for weekend rentals beginning Saturday, June 4th. Weekday rentals will begin on Thursday, June 23rd.

The pricing for parties at CBSC is as follows:

1-50 guests: $40 rental fee
51-75 guests: $100 rental fee
76-100 guests: $150 rental fee
101-150 guests: $200 rental fee

A $5 guest fee is also charged for EVERY non-member guest (to be paid in cash on day of party).

Once your event has been confirmed via email, your rental fee is due within 10 days. Payment via cash to a manager on duty at the club or to our club Venmo. This is non-refundable.

If the party has over 150 guests, there is separate pricing based on the number of people in attendance. CBSC Board of Directors and management reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary to accommodate for extra staff, etc.
