Beach Middle School Absence Reporting Form

REPORTING STUDENT ABSENCES Yearly cumulative attendance is reflected on student transcripts. It is important that we hear from a parent/guardian if a student will be absent an entire day, arriving late to school, or leaving early from school. Failure to report such attendance related information within 24 hours of the absence date, will result in the student being truant (unexcused and absent).
