Details of Vivekananda Study Circle for New Course from Sept 2020.

1. The course will start from 1st Sunday of September 2020
2. For Youth only (Boys of Kolkata Jurisdiction), age limit: 15 (As on 1st Jan- 2020) to 35 years.
3. Subject: Ramakrishna-Vivekananda-Vedanta Literature and other texts.
4. Every Sunday from Morning 9 am to 11 am
5. Monks of Advaita Ashrama will give classes.
6. Language: will be taught in Bengali.
7. Minimum attendance should be 75%
8. Free Course.
9. Course: Until 35 years of age.
10. Members should attend other Ashrama programmes also.
11. The candidate may send the application form by email – attached herewith

Vivekananda Study Circle at Advaita Ashrama is intended for imparting the character-building and man-making ideas of Swami Vivekananda to the Youth so as to equip them with a wholesome personality and a life-long inspiration. For all those who enrol asmembers of this study circle, it is mandatory to follow the rules and regulations as laid down by the Ashrama so as to maintain the disciplineand make our efforts successful.

1. The Session begins at 10 am on Sundays and all members are expected to be on time. Those who come late not only miss some important portion of the class, but also cause disturbance to other participants.
2. Absence from the classes without any prior information is not allowed. If the member intends to take a holiday for some personal reason like school/college exams or illness, it should be duly informed to the Incharge before hand. Leave for 3 consecutive weeks without information will lead to disqualification.
3. The members are expected to participate wholeheartedly in the programmes/activities arranged from time to time as it will act as an essential aid to their self-development.
