We currently do not take payments directly online.
This form is to make sure we can audit your payment and make sure your dues go to the correct place.
A separate form must be completed for each member.
Filling out this form is imperative in guaranteeing your membership status with STS USY.
Cost for Membership is;
Jr. and Senior USY: $60 per child for STS members and $125 for non STS members
Kadima: $45 per child for STS members and $75 for non STS members
