This is a small initial assessment for glucometry. A passing score will be at least an 80%, which is 8 out of 10 questions. After passing this assessment, the EMT must demonstrate how to use our glucometer using either their finger or the proctor's finger. The EMT must demonstrate where on the finger to prick, how to obtain blood on the glucometer strip, and how to dispose of all materials.
