Here you can read about the roles and on the following pages let us know where and when you would like to volunteer.
We want to know what you can do! If there is something outside of what we mention that you want to add to the week, let us know!
Passion Week is happening from Monday the 2nd to Thursday the 5th of March 2020. The exact locations of the talks are still to be determined; however the lunchtime talk will take place both in the City Center and and Zernike while the evening talk will be in the City Center only.
Roles before and after the event:
Baking a cake or pie: At the evening talks we will be serving tea and coffee with hopefully a slice of cake or pie!
Making lunch: Preparing food to be served at the lunch-time talks
Morning Prayer: Meeting every morning at 8.30am in Navigators building (Hardewikerstraat 7) to pray for the upcoming day.
Follow Up: Are you interested in walking beside someone who wants to know more about God? Then follow up might be for you. Our follow-up coordinator will be in touch with you about the details of the role.
Roles at the event:
Flying and Inviting: Of course we will all be inviting people to the talks, but 10-30 minutes before the event is a great moment to get attendees through handing out flyers.
Lunchtime: consist of three separate roles; set up, serving food and take down and is happening both in the City Center and at Zernike
Evening: consists of three separate roles; set up, serving tea/coffee and take down. This is only happening in the City Center
Kick-Off Evening! On Sunday the 1st of March we will be having an evening focused on the week ahead with the theme of "Get Real with Jesus: a call to mission".

Welkom bij de opgave voor de Passion Week 2020!
Hieronder kan je lezen over de verschillende taken en op de volgende pagina’s kan je aangeven waar en wanneer je zou willen helpen als vrijwilliger.
We willen graag weten wat je kan doen! Als je wil bijdragen met een taak die niet in het formulier genoemd staat, dan zouden we dat ook graag willen weten!
De Passion Week duurt van maandag 2 maart tot donderdag 5 maart 2020. De precieze locaties moeten nog bepaald worden, maar de lunchtalks zullen plaatsvinden in het centrum en op het Zernike en de evening talks zullen plaatsvinden in het centrum.
De rollen voor en na het event:
- Het bakken van een cake of taart: We willen bij de evening talks graag taart en koffie met
cake of taart serveren!
- Maken van lunch: Klaarmaken van eten dat wordt geserveerd tijdens de lunch-talks.
- Ochtendgebed: Elke ochtend om 8.30 komen we samen in het pand Navigators building (Hardewikerstraat 7)
om te bidden voor de dag die komt.
- Follow Up: Ben je geintereseerd om iemand te helpen/begeleiden die meer wil weten over
God? Dan is de follow up iets voor jou! Onze Follow Up Coordinator zal contact met je
opnemen voor de details over je rol.
De rollen tijdens het event:
- Flyeren en uitnodigen: Natuurlijk zullen we allemaal mensen uitnodigen voor de talks, maar
10-30 minuten voor aanvang is er een groot moment om mensen uit te nodigen voor de
lunch en evening talks door flyers uit te delen.
- Lunchtime talk: houdt drie rollen in: zaal klaarzetten en afbreken en eten serveren in het
centrum en op het Zernike.
- Evening talk: houdt drie rollen in: zaal klaarzetten en afbreken en eten serveren, dit vindt
alleen plaats in het centrum.
Kick-Off avond! Zondag 1 maart zal er een dienst zijn met als thema “Get Real with Jesus: a call to mission”.
