OLG School Crab & Pasta Feed ~ Table for Ten or More Order Form
Saturday, February 22, 2020 ~ 4:30-11pm ~ Holy Spirit Parish Center
-Ticket includes crab, pasta, salad, rolls, dessert, and coffee.
Please provide details for the entire table. All tickets will be provided to the main contact person who is responsible for distributing tickets to their guests prior to them checking in at the event. Every guest is required to have a ticket at check in.

Soda, water, jello shots, beer, wine, margaritas, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase. Non reserved seating will be on a first come, first serve basis. Dinner served from 6-7pm. Dancing starts at 9pm.
$5 tickets may be exchanged for $1 tickets the night of the event. NO EXCHANGES OF TICKETS FOR CASH WILL BE MADE.

Each reserved table of 10 will receive a complimentary bottle of wine.
Must be 21 years or older to attend. Purchase reserved table for ten or more by January 24, 2020, and receive $25 in drink tickets. A minimum of ten people is required to reserve a table. A maximum of $25 in drink tickets given per reservation.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 12, 2020. NO TABLE RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
