WG Sanders SIC - Student Interest Form
Students, your School Improvement Council (SIC) wants to begin offering you opportunities to learn, grow, and discover. We are conducting this survey to see which topics you care to learn more about.
We wish to promote deeper learning and greater insight into what is available to you now, and what is available as you get older. We will use this information to develop the types of opportunities that you and your peers prefer.
Please use this form to let us know what topics/events you are interested in and what days and times work best for you. If you fill the questionnaire out by hand and hand it into your teacher, we will collect the form and record your input. Otherwise, if you are filling the survey out online, be sure to click submit at the bottom, and we will automatically have your preferences recorded.
