Football & Cheerleading Scholarship Form
The mission of the Byron Area Athletic Association is to provide high quality athletic programs for all of the children in our community, not just the ones whose parents can afford for them to play.

That's why the BAAA is committed to offering athletic scholarships to four football players and two cheerleaders every year.

At this time, the BAAA is only able to provide one scholarship per family.

All matters concerning Hardship Scholarships will remain confidential.

Scholarship Requirements
Members who receive a scholarship must pay 20% of the registration fee.
Members who receive a scholarship will not pay the $50.00 volunteer fee.

20% Registration Fees:

5 & 6 Year Old Flag Football - $13.00
7 & 8 Year Old Flag Football - $13.00
Freshman Football - $45.00
JV Football - $45.00
Varsity Football - $50.00

5 & 6 Year Old Flag Cheerleading - $13.00
7 & 8 Year Old Flag Cheerleading - $13.00
Freshman Cheerleading - $30.00
JV Cheerleading - $30.00
Varsity Cheerleading - $30.00

Members who receive a scholarship must agree to work 2 hours in a volunteer position at each home game for their prospective team during the season and must follow all rules on the scholarship application or loss of scholarship will apply.

Members who do not work their volunteer time are not eligible for the following year’s scholarship.

What to Expect:
Once you complete this application it will be sent to the BAAA Board of Directors for review.
All scholarships are awarded by a majority vote by the Board of Directors.

You should expect to receive an email at the address you provided from a BAAA Board Member within the next 7 days.
