2020-2021 Bus Transportation Contract
If confirmation is received for this route, the following terms will apply:

Bus transportation payments are annual costs per student and are non-refundable, non-transferable.

-If an account falls past due thirty (30) days, the parent guarantor will be contacted and the student will not be allowed to use the bus transportation until the fees are paid to an up-to-date status.
-The account will be subject to appropriate penalties, including late fees.
-All terms and conditions stated on the Tuition Financial Contract apply to this contract as well.
-No refunds will be given for services missed.
-Routes must have the minimum number of riders in order for the route to be confirmed. If a route is not offered due to not meeting the minimum number of riders, the deposit will be refunded.
- Routes will be confirmed by August 2, 2020.
- A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due by August 3, 2020.
- Cancellations made after August 11, will incur a 1/10 charge in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
- There is a $200.00 additional annual fee for preschool students.

*Note: First semester fall 2020, MPCS will request that students sit with family members on buses and physically distance within the bus. Buses will be thoroughly cleaned after each use.

Route Options
MPCS offers shuttle bus transportation for students from the following areas of Metro-Atlanta. A minimum number of riders will be required for each route. Cost is per student, per school year.

BUCKHEAD/VININGS/SMYRNA
Morning Route Only- $1,200.00
This shuttle bus will pick up students at the Highland Station shopping center (4480 South Cobb Drive, SE- near Publix) departing at 6:40 a.m. The bus will make a stop in the Paces Ferry Plaza (3539 Northside Parkway NW-near the Houston's restaurant) departing at 7:00 a.m. This is a one-way, morning-only bus route and the cost is $1,200.00 per school year, per student.

CANTON
Morning Route Only- $1,000.00
This shuttle bus will pick up students at The Market at BridgeMill (near the Publix) on Sixes Road at 6:40 a.m. and will arrive at the school at approximately 7:20 a.m. This is a one-way, morning-only bus route. Cost is $1,000.00 per school year, per student.

WOODSTOCK
Morning Route Only - $1,000.00
This shuttle bus will pick up students at the Walmart located on Bells Ferry Road in Towne Lake departing at approximately 6:55 a.m. This is a one-way, morning-only bus route and the cost is $1,000.00 per school year, per student.

WEST COBB: ACWORTH/POWDER SPRINGS
Morning Route Only- $1,000.00
This shuttle bus will pick up students at 5100 Dallas Highway, the Lost Mountain / Dallas Highway Publix, at 6:55 a.m. The second stop is at 1720 Mars Hill Road NW, the Stilesboro Oaks shopping center (near the Kroger) at 7:15 a.m. This is a one-way, morning-only bus route. Cost is $1,000.00 per school year, per student.

EAST COBB (two locations)
Morning route only- $800.00 OR Round-trip route option $1,500.00
This shuttle bus will pick up students at Stonewood Village (4719 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30068), departing at 6:40 a.m. The bus will make a stop at Mount Paran North Church of God on Allgood Road, departing at 7:05 a.m. In the afternoon, the shuttle bus will leave the school at 3:25 p.m. and will drop off the students first at Mount Paran North at 3:45 p.m. and then at Stonewood Village at 4:00 p.m. The morning-only bus shuttle service cost is $800.00 per school year per student. The cost of the round-trip route bus shuttle service is $1,500.00 per school year, per student.

Payment Plan Selection
If the one payment base plan is selected, the full amount is due on or before August 3, 2020.

If the three payment plan is selected, the payments are due in three equal payments. The first payment is due by August 3, 2020; and the second payment is due October 1, 2020 and the final payment is due on February 1, 2021.

If the ten payment plan is selected, there will be ten equal payments due beginning with August 3, 2020 and then the first of each month from August 3, 2020-May 1, 2021.

If the student account falls past due thirty (30) days, the parents and/or guarantor will be contacted and the student wll not be allowed to attend the contracted bus services until the tuition is paid to an up-to-date status. The account will be subject to appropriate penalties, including late fees. All other terms and conditions stated in the Tuition Financial Contract apply to this contract as well.
