Onsite Lodging Available at the Gainesville Retreat Center
Shared or private lodging accommodations are available at the course venue.  Prices range from $25 per night for camping; $35 per night for shared cabins; $50 for private cabins; $45 per night for shared bedroom in retreat building; $60 for private bedroom in retreat building.  Please contact Shana at the Gainesville Retreat Center directly to make reservations:

Making a Payment
A minimum deposit of $200 is due upon registration.  Full payment is due by April 8th, 2022.

Registration Policy
• Your EARLY registration and deposit demonstrate your intention, save your place, and support the course delivery

• Repeat attendance of any course is half price

• The full balance for a course is due 3 weeks before class begins

• If you cancel your registration greater than 3 weeks before class begins, you have two options:
       1.  You may transfer your payment to another course
       2.  You may request a deposit refund (subject to a $50 administrative fee)

• If you cancel your registration for any reason within 3 weeks of class beginning, no refund/transfer is offered, unless given explicit and prior approval from both the teacher and the local organizer

• If we cancel the course for any reason, all course fees paid will be refunded in full

• We reserve the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum participant requirements

•We strongly advise making refundable travel arrangements
