FSA ELA 3rd Grade Reading Test and FSA Writing Test for Grades 4th & 5th Sign Up Form for Launched@Home students.
We highly recommend allowing LaunchED@Home students to test on campus. We are continuing to practice social distancing and wearing masks. FSA Testing for grades 3-5 will begin in April.  The FSA 3rd Grade Reading will be on Tuesday, April 6th & Wednesday, April 7th, and the FSA Writing for grades 4th & 5th will be on Thursday, April 8th.  All FSA Tests must be taken on our school campus.  The 3rd Grade Reading test contains two 80 minute sessions administered over the course of two days.  Students cannot take both sessions in one day, therefore must be present on both days of testing or two of the selected make up days.  The FSA Writing for grades 4th & 5th is a 120 minute session administered in one day. Tests cannot be administered remotely, therefore, your child will have to come to the school to take his or her FSA Tests.  Please use this form to sign up to bring your child to campus on scheduled testing days or the selected make up days.
