TUTOR OPPORTUNITY SELECTION FORM
Here is the process for selecting tutoring opportunities in NORTHFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS through ACCELERATE NORTHFIELD:
  1. Review available tutoring opportunities on ACCELERATE's academic tutor opportunity selection list. The link to that list is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1peYk843UiZ0XeC7fXW7QjxRt-UnHuvjmg25WxagO6dw/edit?usp=sharing

  2. Return to this Google Form.

  3. Fill in your email address and name.

  4. Add your tutor selection(s).

  5. Submit the form.

CONFIRMATION OF SELECTIONS: You will receive two confirmations: an auto-generated message from Google, then an email from ACCELERATE to confirm your match (your teacher is copies on the second email).

CONTACT YOUR TEACHER: After you receiving confirmation from ACCELERATE, email your teacher within 24 hours to set a start date for your tutoring opportunity.

NOTE: Tutoring opportunities are confirmed by ACCELERATE as soon as possible after submitting your Google Form. What's more, the TUTORING OPPORTUNITIES list is updated regularly and posted on the ACCELERATE website. In rare situations, you may select the same opportunity as another tutor. If that happens, the opportunity goes to the tutor that submitted the form first. You will be notified ASAP if you did not receive your selection so you can make another. Keep in mind that Northfield teachers make at at least 150 tutoring opportunities available each school year.
