OMER and the Missing Pins
OMER loves to be helpful. When the state association directors had to go to a meeting at World Finals, OMER offered to watch all of their state pins for them! While the ADs were meeting, OMER was very careful to watch the pins and make sure they were okay. A few minutes later, OMER got a message from Coach Al that a team needed help with Spontaneous. OMER logged on to Zoom to help the team thinking he could also keep an eye on the pins. When OMER was finished helping the team, he realized the pins were missing. Can you help OMER find the pins and get them back before the association directors finish their meeting?!?

OMER decides to check to see if the state pins could have been taken to the Odyssey of the Mind Souvenir Sales by mistake, but no one is around as everyone there is at meeting as well. He sees a large stack of boxes that might be the pins, but as he gets closer he sees a note that says "To get access to the pins, you'll have to put in the correct 4 digit code." OMER looks around for a hint and sees a picture of Dr. Sam at the first Odyssey competition. Could the code be the year the first Odyssey of the Mind was founded? *
