Your Child Will Need: - Changes of clothes for riding and water play along with sleeping attire and towels. Beige riding pants and a white collared shirt for the presentation of the drill team. Sleeping bag or blankets. Sunscreen, toothbrush, and any medication needed. In the event of an emergency: By signing this form I understand that horseback riding and equestrian related activities can be dangerous. I hereby give permission for the above named child to be administered first aid by any camp personnel should the need arise. I also give permission for the above named child to be transported to a hospital chosen by any camp personnel, treated by a medical professional, given injections, medication, and/or anesthesia and/or surgery as deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any cost that may occur as a result of the above named child being treated for any medical condition.
