This is a not-for-profit community adventure! We are excited to have you with us for this in person event! Spaces are limited so we encourage you to complete this form as soon as possible as we are offering this on a first come first served basis. Once we receive your completed registration form, we will email you a BACS invoice. PAYMENT OPTIONS: You can choose to pay in full or to pay a deposit plus two instalments. IMPORTANT: Your space is not confirmed until we receive your deposit/payment. All payments must be completed by 30th August and are non-refundable for any reason. This is because we confirm your place with the venue and pay for your place up front!  CANCELLATION POLICY: If for some reason the venue has to cancel then your payments will be refunded and or an alternative date offered. We encourage you to purchase your own event insurance to cover you for illness and or not being able to attend.

Would you like to apply to host a table to share your products or resources with others? We have a few tables available and ask for a small contribution of £20 to cover the set up, tablecloths and organisational costs. This is only open to those attending the event. We can include this in your invoice. If yes, please let us know what you would like to share on your stall here. *
Cancellation policy: Your booking is final and refunds are not available for any reason unless we have to cancel or postpone the event. If we have to cancel, you will be offered a refund or alternative date. Please add your initials below to agree with this. *
EVENT STATEMENT: Neither the Creative Counsellors or the speakers and stall holders hold any responsibility for the use or interpretation of any interventions or skills shared, either for personal or professional use and by signing this agreement you agree to take full responsibility for the way that you work. Creative interventions and skills can be highly emotive and we ask that attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing and care during the event. The team are also on hand if you need our support. We will be taking photos and videos at the event and these are shared in our community spaces, on social media and our website. By signing your initials below you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms in this statement. *
Are you planning to stay in the hotel on site? This just helps us to know how many members are staying on site. (Please arrange your own accommodation directly with the hotel and this is on a first come first served basis for preferential room rates). *
