INTRODUCTION

The Bishop has commissioned the Liturgy and Music Working Group (LMWG) to be a resource to the churches of the diocese and a channel of communication about our ongoing liturgical life.  We intend to provide links to existing resources, especially those already available from TEC, but perhaps not widely known.  We have begun that project with the Episcopal Liturgical Resources page and will be inviting congregations to join in trying certain approved liturgical experiments together so that we can share our experiences. We also hope to facilitate communication among congregations about who is doing what and why, what liturgical questions or conundrums people have, what challenges people are finding as well as what solutions they are trying, etc. To that end, we invite you all to respond to this survey so that we can begin the process of dialogue across the diocese. This survey is not in any way intended to put anyone at risk of censure. Our desire is to facilitate our working together and  sharing wisdom and experience with one another.

METHOD

We will be sending out periodic surveys based around the structure of our liturgy and related prayers. Topics will include Liturgy of the Word, etc. We welcome suggestions for topics, questions you would like to ask, or areas you want to learn more about for your parish practices. Please respond in your preferred language.
