Important note - Before filling out this city application you should have already placed your land claim in so we see location and a base has been built.

In order to have a city, you need a council of four people who will be held responsible for maintaining the city. Please list all four members (in-game names) below. *

If a player previously owned or counseled a city/hotel that decayed and/or left people homeless, they are not allowed to be on a city council for one month. *

I verified that all members of my council are eligible.

One or more of my members is not eligible (if so, you need to find another council member).
