Delsea Athletics Student-Athlete Travel Waiver
This form will serve as permission to allow our student athletes the ability to be transported, by any means other than school provided transportation, to and from games and practices when necessary.  Busing will still be provided by the school district to and from away games.

***Please note, if you give permission for a student athlete to be transported by any means other than school provided transportation, Delsea Regional School District is not liable for any harm or injuries that may occur.

Please let it be known that Delsea School District STRONGLY prefers student-athletes not to transport themselves, or any other student-athlete, to away games.  We prefer this for many reasons, all of which aim towards the safety of our students.  If a student-athlete MUST transport themselves to away games, a parent or guardian must contact Mr. Ken Schoudt, Athletic Director, and give a valid reason.   *
