2020 OFLTA Spring Conference Exhibitor Registration Form

This form is reserved for companies, associations, or groups who wish to have displays or tables at OFLTA conferences. Exhibitor registration includes one six foot table and one free lunch to company/association's representative.
After completing this form, please visit the OFLTA eShop to pay exhibitor registration.

2020 Spring Conference: April 18th /9:00 am-4:00 pm/ Booker T. Washington High School, Tulsa, Oklahoma

You may arrive at 7:30 to set up your table. If you reserved a table, but do not plan to be at the conference, please let us know who your local representative(s) will be.

OFLTA does not share its member or conference registration lists with Exhibitors/Vendors; however, you are welcome to have sign-up information at your table.
