Art has been a proven tool to help release stress and anxiety as well as stimulate creativity.  Create your version of a beautiful masterpiece that you get to keep and maybe even show off to your friends and family.  You do not need any prior experience to participate in this activity.

Materials needed:                                                        
Canvas 11 X 14, Different size brushes and your basic paint (red, yellow, blue, orange, green, black, white, and brown. These can be found at the Dollar Tree or Walmart.
