Tom Heffner is a design strategist with a background in engineering and applied psychology. Before launching his own consultancy, he spent 15 years designing complex military systems to protect US and coalition soldiers around the world, as well as training US Army soldiers to be more resilient using the cognitive tools of resilience.

Tom consults with businesses and organizations across many different industries, including consulting, banking, education, product development, law firms, Dept of Defense (DoD), and the military.  He specializes in helping them to build their own innovation capabilities and to solve complex and multidisciplinary problems.  

This two part workshop will help companies develop innovative solutions, processes, and pivot towards success. Each session will be two hours long with individual office hours.

Eight companies will be selected to complete the program.
