APPLICATION

This market is themed for Magical/Mystical Vendors.  If you are a reader, sell crystals, or anything witchy/pagan/mystical themed, then this is the market for you!

Please read the entire application.  You are responsible for all the information here.  

Applications will be evaluated on a first come basis.  
Direst Sales are allowed at our pop-ups.  Please check with your company to ensure you can participate in a weekend mall pop-up space.  (Note we only accept one of each Direct Sales Companies. Please make sure you put your company name AND the direct sales/multi level company name on the application if applicable.)  

FEES

10x8 Space $70
6 x 4 table space $40

Tables/display needs to be set where vendors do not walk into your space but around it (ie: an outward 'U' design).  

All fees are non-refundable.  If we have to cancel due to Covid restrictions, fees paid will be applied to a future market date of your choosing.
Payments can be sent by Paypal or paid in our store located inside the Everett Mall.  Further instructions are in the acceptance email once you have been accepted.  We no longer accept checks.  

BOOTH SHARING

You may share a booth with another company.  Both companies must be on the application, along with the items to be sold by both.  You may not bring items not listed on the application.  

SETUP / BREAKDOWN INFO

Setup will be Friday night from 7pm-9pm or Saturday from 7:30a-9:30a. Nothing can be moved in or out except during these times.  You must have all your stuff moved into the mall by 9:30am on Saturday.  If you do not, you will forfeit your space/fees.  Again, these times are subject to change should the mall change it's hours of operation.

Prior to the market, we will inform you of where to unload/enter the mall from.

Please make sure not to stuff up the floors when loading in and out.  Make sure your carts wheels are clean / do not have rocks in them or hard spots that will scruff the floors.  

We operate the same as the mall hours.  Packing up early will not be tolerated.  If you pack up early you will not be allowed to return as a vendor to our events.  

MATERIALS

You are responsible for supplying your own tables, chairs, and all other display materials you will need for setup.  Table clothes must be floor length.  

You are required to have hand sanitizer on your table for shoppers and for yourself.  

Masks are required at this event, as long as there is a mandate in place.  You are expected to wear one at all times, including during setup and breakdown.

FOOD
The food court will be open, as well as several other restaurants in the building.  

By continuing on to the application, you agree to these conditions and terms for the pop-up.
