Terms and Conditions:

Airfare and any transport to and from the retreat are not included

Water and herbal tea will be available for drinking, all other drinks will be for your account

Payment:

50% deposit at time of booking to secure your spot

Full Payment due by 30 August 2022

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation requests submitted more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date we issue full refunds (less 5% administrative fee). 

Cancellation requests submitted 12 -30 days prior to the retreat start date will incur 50% cancellation fee (i.e the deposit will not be refunded).

Cancellation requests submitted less than 12 days before retreat start will be non refundable. 

COVID specific: With all restrictions now being lifted we are adding this as a precaution. In case of a COVID related cancellation by you, the property owner or due to government restrictions or mandates, no reimbursement will be given, but the full amount will be respected as a credit to be used toward a future retreat within 2 years. We do recommend taking precautions the week before the retreat to ensure that you are symptom free before gathering with the group.
