You can expect to hear back from someone at MMBay within 1 week. 

The most critical first step in this process is to confirm a Site-Based Steering Team (CPOs and CCOs) that will lead the efforts laid out in our 7 Phases (more information about the phases will be shown in the next few pages of the form). Our capacity to confirm you as a Site-Based Steering Team member will be dependent on your capacity to identify and secure your leadership team (we will help you but would expect you to take the lead on this step), and lead these steps toward starting a new site.
