Cancellations and Refunds (only b/c we have to with art supply purchasing and staff hiring based on numbers)
On our opening registration weekend... every penny will be refunded if you notify us or cancel your registration before the end of Monday, March 4th.
Up until April 30th... refunds will be made after March 4th with a $35 processing fee.
After April 30th... refunds will only be made with a $60 processing fee and only if we can fill your spot from a waitlist. Otherwise refunds are not available.
After May 30th... refunds will only be made with a $100 processing fee and if we can fill your spot from a waitlist. Otherwise refunds are not available.
No refunds will be made 14 days prior to the start of your child's week of camp as we will have already hired our staff and have all supply's prepared.
